Role & Responsibilities

• Drive month‑end and year‑end close activities: perform cut‑offs, reconcile and justify balance sheet accounts and analyse the trial balance.
• Prepare and submit statutory and management reporting to the LVMH Group (balance sheet, income statement, notes, cash flow and related packagings).
• Manage French and international tax compliance (VAT, C3S, Sales Tax/GST, UK VAT, customs duties) and prepare specific tax filings (CFE, CVAE, DEC LOYER, IFU).
• Prepare annual statutory accounts, the liasse fiscale, management forecasts and the management report, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Oversee day‑to‑day treasury operations and cash management; reconcile revenue with receipts and disbursements.
• Champion continuous improvement of accounting processes and ensure adherence to internal LVMH accounting and financial standards.
• Lead projects to evolve and optimise accounting tools and ERP integrations.
• Manage relationships with statutory auditors and coordinate audit deliverables.
• Lead, coach and develop the accounting team; allocate resources and prioritise deliverables.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in accounting, finance or audit (e.g., Master CCA, DSCG) or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial/responsible accounting role in industry or public practice.
• Proven experience in a retail/international environment with responsibility for multi‑jurisdiction tax filings (Sales Tax, GST, UK VAT, customs duties).
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience preparing statutory accounts and the liasse fiscale.
• Advanced Excel skills; rigorous, organised and able to work transversally across functions.
• Professional level of English (written and preferably spoken).
• Experience with CEGID and SAP (B1/BFC) is a strong advantage.

At least 6 years of relevant accounting experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or head‑of‑accounting position, preferably within retail or an international tax environment.

Education

Master’s degree (Bac+5) in accounting, finance or audit (e.g., Master CCA, DSCG).

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from EUR 55,000 to EUR 67,000 per annum.
