Tiffany & Co. Young Apprentice — Store Operations

- Support daily store and office operations by organizing storage cabinets, replenishing office drawers and maintaining orderly packaging and supplies.
- Manage requests and replenish operational and office consumables (e.g. paper, post-its, batteries, film, clips).
- Assist with receiving deliveries: unpacking bags and boxes, inspecting packaging for reuse and preparing items for internal transfer.
- Coordinate uniform organisation and preparation for sales teams.
- Receive and liaise with external suppliers and service partners (shopper, technology vendors, cleaning/maintenance providers).
- Support ad-hoc purchases for store needs and client events (e.g. floral arrangements, celebratory cakes).
- Prepare packaging and schedule shipments using Loggi; manage pickups and transfers from collection points when required.
- Provide first-line telephone reception for office enquiries and route requests to the appropriate contact.
- Assist with internal events administration, such as tracking anniversaries and organising office celebrations.
- Eligibility to participate in Brazil's Jovem Aprendiz/apprenticeship program (meets national legal requirements for youth apprenticeship).
- Basic administrative literacy and strong organisational aptitude; meticulous attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills for liaising with suppliers, colleagues and clients.
- Reliable, punctual and able to handle physical tasks such as unpacking and moving merchandise when necessary.

Entry-level. No prior professional experience required; previous exposure to retail, administrative or logistics tasks is advantageous but not mandatory.
Enrollment in or recent completion of secondary education or a vocational program; must satisfy the eligibility rules of the Brazilian Jovem Aprendiz scheme.
