1. Deliver an exceptional client experience consistent with the Tiffany Touch across order fulfilment, in‑store service and client interactions.
2. Manage daily operational activities including order fulfilment, shipping and receiving, replenishment, inventory transfers and jewelry cleaning and repairs.
3. Supervise and reconcile merchandise inventory using company reports and systems; identify and report discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
4. Collaborate closely with Client Advisors and store management to respond to client requests, follow up on product/service inquiries, and support sales opportunities.
5. Support operational efficiency initiatives by providing process feedback and implementing standard methodologies to improve hospitality and store amenities.
6. Contribute to commercial targets by executing operations tasks that enable the store to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual results.

1. Minimum three years of relevant retail operations experience; experience in luxury retail or jewellery preferred.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
3. Strong analytical aptitude and attention to detail; ability to reconcile inventory and interpret operational reports.
4. Authorization to work in Canada (must be legally permitted to work in the country where the role is based).
5. Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays; flexible to perform varied day‑to‑day tasks.

Minimum 3 years of retail operations or related experience; prior experience in luxury retail or jewellery environments is preferred.

College or university degree preferred.

Eligible for sales commission.
