Sephora Stage Experience Manager, Stores

- Manage all aspects of the client experience for a single store, including oversight of in-store services, classes and event programming.
- Own daily operations of the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio (where applicable), ensuring staffing, coordination and service delivery meet brand standards.
- Publish and manage availability and class schedules within the Services online reservation system to ensure seamless client booking and check-in.
- Lead recruitment, coaching and development of beauty advisors and senior artistry/skincare roles; plan and deliver training for new hires and ongoing team skill development.
- Ensure beauty advisors adopt and leverage retail technology innovations to elevate the in-store service experience.
- Support sales-floor standards and visual merchandising: execute visual merchandising flips, maintain neat and organized displays, and ensure timely replenishment of floor inventory.
- Manage vendor and brand partnerships in-store, coordinating brand trainings and providing feedback on training effectiveness.
- Coordinate staffing to support service flow and class delivery while maintaining high levels of client service and operational efficiency.
- Two to four years of experience in a comparable role at a similar-volume retail store, or equivalent internal Sephora experience.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain store-level leaders and to build high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage scheduling, reservations and multi-format in-store programming.
- Able to work in a fragrance-filled environment and to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Two to four years in a similar store-level management role or equivalent internal experience within a high-volume beauty or retail environment.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, retail management, cosmetology or a related field preferred.
