Sephora Noblesville seeks a Part-time Operations Associate to manage inventory, merchandising and daily store operations. Hourly pay $18–$23/hr.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
  • Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfillment, and cycle counts.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to uphold brand standards and execute events.
  • Operate point-of-sale and related systems to support client transactions and sales goals.
  • Deliver and support exceptional client service; assist the sales team in achieving store targets.
  • Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team culture by demonstrating collaboration, punctuality, and reliability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment preferred.
  • Proven organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
  • Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it effectively to clients and colleagues.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and meeting scheduling requirements.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by merchandising and stock tasks.
