Sephora Operations Associate

1. Support daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience.
2. Manage inventory activities including stock replenishment, receiving, order fulfillment, and cycle counts.
3. Assist with visual merchandising and promotional set-ups to uphold brand standards and execute events.
4. Operate point-of-sale and related systems to support client transactions and sales goals.
5. Deliver and support exceptional client service; assist the sales team in achieving store targets.
6. Adhere to company policies and operational procedures to maintain a safe, secure, and compliant environment.
7. Contribute to an inclusive team culture by demonstrating collaboration, punctuality, and reliability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

1. 1–2 years' experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment preferred.
2. Proven organizational and time-management abilities with strong attention to detail.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented with a goal-driven mindset.
4. Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it effectively to clients and colleagues.
5. Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and meeting scheduling requirements.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by merchandising and stock tasks.
