- Support day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Manage inventory processes including stock replenishment, receiving, and order fulfillment.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect brand standards.
- Assist in event execution and ensure accurate in-store promotional displays.
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the sales team in achieving store targets.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold company policies and safety standards.
- Maintain punctuality and meet assigned weekly shift/hours requirements; be available for peak retail periods (nights, weekends, holidays).
- 1–2 years of experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-facing role or similar operations position.
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities with attention to detail.
- Quick learner able to absorb product knowledge and communicate it effectively to clients.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and goal-driven.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
