Role & Responsibilities
- Design economic proposals for HQ and retail employees, including new hires, promotions, and job rotations.
- Manage the company's salary review campaign and annual incentive plan process.
- Conduct benchmark analysis on external market salary positioning.
- Handle workforce budget and manage HR cost controlling and labor costs.
- Oversee company performance evaluation processes, ensuring alignment with LVMH requirements while maintaining market competitiveness.
- Implement incentive system plans for both retail and head-office.
- Supervise welfare services and improve them based on employee needs.
- Coordinate reporting activities in collaboration with the payroll team.
- Ensure data quality in all HR information systems.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Compensation & Benefit professional or in a similar role, with at least 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in corporate/business reporting.
