Sephora Business Process Manager, Supply Chain

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize supply chain operations and inventory management across retail and distribution channels.
- Translate business needs into system requirements and scalable solutions in partnership with IT and business stakeholders.
- Perform complex data analysis to surface insights and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities; design and implement process changes to improve inventory efficiency and accelerate decision-making.
- Create and maintain process documentation and workflows using process-mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Develop executive-level presentations and communicate recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support troubleshooting and resolution of operational or system-related issues that impact supply chain performance.
- 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
- Strong analytical capability with experience synthesizing complex data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing executive-level materials.
- Proficiency with process mapping and documentation; familiarity with operational risk identification and mitigation.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics or related functions, including demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives and partnering with IT and senior stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
