Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-Time)

1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, launches, ingredients and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
4. Drive sales performance and contribute to meeting or exceeding store KPIs and individual targets.
5. Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management, and ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where all team members and clients feel respected and welcomed.
7. Comply with company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for clients and colleagues.
8. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet the required minimum weekly shifts/hours.

1. Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-focused settings.
2. Genuine passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate in a goal-driven environment.
5. Fast learner who can absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
7. Availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Entry-level role; prior experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment is preferred but not strictly required. Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and build strong client relationships is essential.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
