Sephora is hiring a Part-Time Beauty Advisor in Dawsonville, GA — deliver personalized consultations and drive sales in a client-focused beauty environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate deep product and brand knowledge to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, launches, ingredients and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
  • Drive sales performance and contribute to meeting or exceeding store KPIs and individual targets.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management, and ensure a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where all team members and clients feel respected and welcomed.
  • Comply with company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience for clients and colleagues.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet the required minimum weekly shifts/hours.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-focused settings.
  • Genuine passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate in a goal-driven environment.
  • Fast learner who can absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
  • Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
