1. Deliver tailored, one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice and maintain client engagement.
4. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and merchandising.
5. Support inventory control, restocking, visual merchandising and maintenance of a clean, welcoming sales floor.
6. Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s service and safety standards.
7. Maintain reliable attendance and availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles preferred; demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current industry trends.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with consultative selling.
4. Team-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
6. Availability to meet the store’s minimum weekly shifts and to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
