- Deliver tailored, one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice and maintain client engagement.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client outreach and merchandising.
- Support inventory control, restocking, visual merchandising and maintenance of a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s service and safety standards.
- Maintain reliable attendance and availability for peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles preferred; demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current industry trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable with consultative selling.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to meet the store’s minimum weekly shifts and to work nights, weekends and holidays as required.
