Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex)

1. Deliver personalized in-store beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product knowledge across makeup, skincare, and fragrance; educate and empower clients on application techniques and regimen building.
3. Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches, and category innovations to provide relevant, trend-forward advice.
4. Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value and client retention.
5. Support merchandising, inventory control and replenishment; ensure displays are stocked, visual standards are met and the selling floor remains welcoming and organized.
6. Uphold Sephora operational standards, safety protocols and store policies to create a secure, inclusive shopping environment.
7. Work flexibly to cover scheduled shifts during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet the required minimum weekly hours for the Flex schedule.

1. Previous experience delivering excellent client service in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing environments preferred.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and continuous product learning.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
4. Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
5. Reliable availability for retail peak periods (nights, weekends, holidays) and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for a Flex schedule.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level position; prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and meet sales targets is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology or beauty certifications considered a plus.
