- Deliver exemplary, personalised client service consistent with luxury-brand standards and store KPIs.
- Progress through the ACT training curriculum to develop product knowledge, clienteling and commercial skills.
- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store targets through proactive client acquisition, follow-up and relationship management.
- Maintain visual merchandising, presentation standards and housekeeping to reflect brand aesthetics.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and ensure accurate transaction handling, returns and client records.
- Support inventory processes including receiving, stock replenishment and periodic stock counts.
- Collaborate with store leadership and colleagues to execute marketing initiatives, events and client appointments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanour.
- Strong customer-focus and ability to build long-term client relationships (clienteling mindset).
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and to handle light physical tasks associated with store operations.
