Richemont Retail Trainee

1. Support boutique sales teams by assisting with client interactions, appointments and after‑sales follow-up.
2. Learn and apply clienteling techniques to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
3. Contribute to visual merchandising and in‑store presentation to ensure brand standards are upheld.
4. Participate in stock control, inventory processes and back‑of‑house organisation.
5. Assist with daily store operations, including point‑of‑sale transactions and administrative tasks.
6. Attend formal training sessions on product knowledge, brand heritage and sales methodology.
7. Support boutique events, private viewings and client hospitality as required.
8. Report performance insights and customer feedback to the store manager to inform local actions.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a tertiary programme in fashion, luxury management, business or a related discipline; candidates with strong retail experience may also be considered.
2. Excellent verbal communication and client‑service orientation.
3. Professional demeanour with an appreciation for luxury brand standards and attention to detail.
4. Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
5. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
6. Basic digital literacy and comfort using point‑of‑sale systems and Microsoft Office.
