- Support boutique sales teams by assisting with client interactions, appointments and after‑sales follow-up.
- Learn and apply clienteling techniques to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Contribute to visual merchandising and in‑store presentation to ensure brand standards are upheld.
- Participate in stock control, inventory processes and back‑of‑house organisation.
- Assist with daily store operations, including point‑of‑sale transactions and administrative tasks.
- Attend formal training sessions on product knowledge, brand heritage and sales methodology.
- Support boutique events, private viewings and client hospitality as required.
- Report performance insights and customer feedback to the store manager to inform local actions.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a tertiary programme in fashion, luxury management, business or a related discipline; candidates with strong retail experience may also be considered.
- Excellent verbal communication and client‑service orientation.
- Professional demeanour with an appreciation for luxury brand standards and attention to detail.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Basic digital literacy and comfort using point‑of‑sale systems and Microsoft Office.

Entry-level: no minimum professional experience required. Prior customer-facing or retail experience, particularly within the luxury sector or premium boutiques, is advantageous but not mandatory.
