Overview

Moët Hennessy Wine Estates is the wine portfolio of Moët Hennessy (LVMH), grouping several maisons and prestigious wine domains across leading wine regions. The division combines heritage terroirs with modern winemaking and commercial development to position premium wines globally, supporting market teams through education, trade development and brand stewardship.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support EMEA and Global Travel Retail commercial development (≈30%): prepare and dispatch market communications and resources, produce market and trend studies (Inspire), generate target product lists using Wine Services data, assist reporting and commercial analyses, coordinate logistics including sample shipments and seminar organisation.
  • Support Education & Training (≈70%): develop and update training materials and presentations, create and maintain content on MH Learning, prepare and coordinate tastings and ad hoc trainings, assist new project rollouts and the European 'wine champions' community, update Sales Induction Book and other learning assets.
  • Provide France‑specific support: assist internal sales and staff sales operations (flash sales), maintain ratings tables and market communications, contribute to pricing and employee sales events, coordinate internal/external LVMH operations (promotions, partnerships, tasting materials, food‑pairing proposals), and manage cellar inventory.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree (Bac +5) from a business school or university, preferably in business, marketing or a related discipline.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Full professional command of Microsoft Office: Powerpoint, Excel, Word.
  • Prior internship or experience in the wine industry, a luxury maison, sales, hospitality or project management is a plus.
  • Strong analytical rigour, synthesis skills, adaptability and a good understanding of luxury industry codes and wine & spirits.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and written communication; convivial and team‑oriented manner.

Experience

Entry‑level / beginner. University graduates with internships or up to 1–2 years' relevant experience in wine, luxury retail, hospitality, sales or project support are encouraged to apply.
