Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and develop e-learning modules to support business adaptation to new systems.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to define key training messages.
  • Organize beta-testing phases and analyze user feedback to ensure module effectiveness.
  • Create supplementary educational materials and summary sheets for learners.
  • Develop evaluation tools such as quizzes to assess learner knowledge acquisition.
  • Manage communication strategies for training dissemination, including invitations and e-learning validations.
  • Monitor the integration and training progress of new employees.
  • Administer access rights on SharePoint and Teams platforms.
  • Audit and optimize existing e-learning content in collaboration with subject matter experts.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in digital learning design or educational engineering.
  • Previous experience or strong familiarity with digital training platforms like Genially or Articulate 360.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse stakeholders. Curiosity and proactivity in understanding and addressing training needs. Creativity and ability to propose innovative educational approaches. Proficiency in content creation tools and Microsoft Office 365. Strong command of the English language.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for individuals with foundational experience or familiarity with digital training platforms.

Education

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant fields.
