- Analyze Les Extraordinaires business performance — sales trends, client behaviour and market opportunities — to identify growth drivers and inform strategic priorities.
- Segment and profile each boutique's client base to identify high-potential Les Extraordinaires clients and co-create targeted growth plans with store teams.
- Plan, coordinate and lead Les Extraordinaires events domestically and internationally to drive conversion and client engagement.
- Partner cross-functionally (Retail, Client Relations, Marketing, Merchandising) to align assortment, services and communications with Les Extraordinaires objectives.
- Produce clear, actionable business reports and presentations that articulate strategy, progress and recommendations for Les Extraordinaires development.
- Disseminate best practices, sales tools and inspirational client stories across stores to raise awareness and enthusiasm for Les Extraordinaires offerings.
- Minimum 10 years' proven experience in luxury retail development, client development, private client sales or a closely related role.
- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen with demonstrated capacity to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office for analysis, reporting and presentation.
- Deep knowledge of luxury client behaviour and a clear passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and the Les Extraordinaires segment.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills; confident public speaker and relationship-builder.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a collaborative, matrixed environment.

At least 10 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, client development, private client sales or retail operations, with a track record of driving growth for high-value or special-order segments.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management or a related field; Master's degree or equivalent advanced training preferred.
