Role & Responsibilities
- Drive high-end and VIC business across Northern California, Washington, and Oregon.
- Partner with store leadership to enhance client retention and recruit high-potential clients.
- Lead client-focused initiatives and activations to deliver elevated client experiences.
- Support team development and ensure consistent execution of high-end strategies.
- Leverage data, market insights, and digital tools to enhance commercial performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a similar role.
- Proven track record in driving high-end sales and client engagement.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
