1. Deliver exceptional, personalised service to clients, creating memorable experiences that reflect the Louis Vuitton promise.
2. Achieve individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting, cross-selling and strategic client engagement.
3. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships using in-house clienteling tools and CRM systems.
4. Master brand and product knowledge across all categories to advise clients accurately and confidently.
5. Collaborate with the store team to ensure a seamless client journey and support store merchandising and operational standards.

1. Minimum three years of customer-facing experience, preferably in luxury or high-end retail (or a demonstrable track record in a customer-centric environment).
2. Proven commercial orientation with a strong sales mindset and ability to meet sales targets.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to cultivate lasting client relationships.
4. Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience, ideally with prior retail experience in a luxury or high-end market; candidates with strong customer-centric backgrounds will also be considered.

High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, fashion or a related field preferred.
