1. Lead the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process encompassing sales contract, sales order, delivery, shipment, billing, and revenue posting.
2. Participate in fit/gap analysis and detailed design phases, preparing documentation and facilitating workshops with business stakeholders.
3. Configure the SAP SD module and maintain technical and functional documentation.
4. Coordinate the development of interfaces and enhancements with delivery teams, suppliers, developers, and colleagues.
5. Test future-state business solutions and manage internal tools for testing and documentation.
6. Assist in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, addressing issues and securing final sign-off.
7. Collaborate with the adoption team to create training materials and deliver end-user training sessions.
8. Provide hypercare support and facilitate the transition to the Application Management Services (AMS).
9. Handle L3 escalation, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement backlog.
10. Ensure proper documentation, enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, maintain audit readiness, and safeguard performance and regression standards.
11. Work closely with colleagues from other Kering Technology domains, contributing to a collaborative service-oriented environment.
12. Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and proposed solutions to ensure alignment and successful delivery of projects and assignments.

1. 5+ years of experience in SAP ERP projects, including at least two deployments or major rollouts; international project exposure is a plus.
2. Strong expertise in SD ordering, pricing, billing, and credit management.
3. Solid understanding of sales and distribution processes within the luxury and retail industry.
4. Good experience with SAP FMS; experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
5. Experience with traditional waterfall project methodologies.
6. Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
