Gucci Senior Operations Controller

- Oversee and ensure an efficient stockroom to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
- Facilitate timely merchandise movement in compliance with company procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
- Conduct and manage store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with precision.
- Support the sales team to enhance client experience and service quality.
- Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
- Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
- Assist in the physical maintenance of the boutique as required.
- Ensure merchandise is packed, handled, and stored according to Gucci standards.
- Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
- Supervisory experience is advantageous.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business priorities and solve problems.
- Demonstrates integrity and strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
- Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
