1. Oversee and ensure an efficient stockroom to maintain accurate inventory levels.
2. Execute shipping and receiving processes, addressing any issues with the Store Director or Operations Manager.
3. Facilitate timely merchandise movement in compliance with company procedures, including transfers, RTVs, and damages.
4. Conduct and manage store cycle counts and scheduled inventories with precision.
5. Support the sales team to enhance client experience and service quality.
6. Manage merchandise ticketing, returns, and price adjustments.
7. Process repairs and damages promptly according to company guidelines.
8. Assist in the physical maintenance of the boutique as required.
9. Ensure merchandise is packed, handled, and stored according to Gucci standards.
10. Participate in store initiatives and projects as needed.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or contemporary sectors.
2. Supervisory experience is advantageous.
3. Proficient in written and verbal communication.
4. Experience in retail or service-related industries is preferred.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business priorities and solve problems.
6. Demonstrates integrity and strong work ethic.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
9. Proficiency with technology, including internal retail systems and shipping software.
10. Physical ability to meet job requirements, including climbing ladders and lifting boxes.
