1. Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate long-term client relationships.
2. Engage in personalized client outreach and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.
3. Capture and maintain comprehensive client data, focusing on Very Very Important Clients (VVICs) and Very Important Clients (VICs).
4. Utilize omnichannel services to enhance sales and meet store and individual KPIs.
5. Participate in training and commercial activities to achieve sales and CRM objectives.
6. Maintain an impeccable store environment and support operational excellence.
7. Inform management of necessary structural repairs to uphold a luxurious store setting.
8. Adhere to Richemont policies and participate in inventory management.
9. Provide after-sales support to ensure superior customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar client-focused environment is preferred.

Expected hourly range: $20-$24, based on skills and experience.
