4. Implement reporting methods to enhance transparency and business progress.
5. Clarify and structure the role of the Retail Operations Coordinator to maximize daily operational efficiency.
6. Define areas of responsibility and collaboration between Fashion and Watches & Fine Jewellery Divisions.
7. Implement initiatives to strengthen relationships between divisions within boutiques.
8. Create a foundation for effective communication and collaboration with headquarters, focusing on marketing and operations.
9. Enhance divisional effectiveness by collaborating with stakeholders to improve current working methods.
