Role & Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receipt, verification and accurate logging of stock delivered from hub or warehouse; investigate and report any discrepancies.
- Support the sales team by retrieving merchandise promptly for floor replenishment, omnichannel fulfilment and stock pullbacks.
- Maintain a tidy, compliant back-of-house environment in accordance with Retail Operations standards.
- Perform quality control on incoming and on‑floor product and escalate any product or presentation issues to the store lead.
- Support aftersales services (alterations, repairs, personalisation) to enhance the client experience.
- Ensure stockroom equipment is operational and report faults through Ask services immediately.
- Execute ad hoc administrative duties including telephone handling, liaison with Customer Service, managing stationery and supplier orders, and other general office tasks.
- Assist with store requests such as events support, visual merchandising, stock counts and other operational projects.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in core Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with SAP is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a busy retail team environment.
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail operations, stockroom or inventory management is preferred; previous exposure to luxury retail and omnichannel fulfilment is advantageous. Experience with SAP desirable but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational qualification or coursework in retail operations, logistics or supply chain is advantageous.

Compensation
