1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
2. Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
3. Maintain an organized stockroom to facilitate easy access to merchandise.
4. Assist management in overseeing daily store operations.
5. Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
6. Communicate effectively with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
7. Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
8. Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
9. Manage store shrinkage and ensure operational execution with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager.
10. Ensure cash registers and safe function properly and maintain cash accuracy.
11. Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
12. Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises.
13. Ensure proper levels of supplies and maintain store property standards.

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
2. Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
3. Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
4. Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.

1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective team communication.

A minimum of three years in a similar role within the retail or fashion industry.

The hourly rate ranges from $23.00 to $26.00 USD, depending on experience and geographic location.
