Role & Responsibilities

  • Craft leather goods, small leather items, and belts based on patterns.
  • Interpret and, if necessary, modify patterns.
  • Assemble various pieces as indicated on the technical sheet to create the finished product.
  • Propose technical modifications or alternative solutions to enhance product quality and facilitate industrialization, ensuring quality standards.
  • Collaborate daily with other technical teams involved in the prototype and sample creation process, including modeling, product development, intermediate processing, and industrialization.

Qualifications

  • Technical-specialist training in leather goods is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in the role.
  • Understanding of luxury sector sample/prototype production dynamics.

Skills

Strong knowledge of raw materials and leathers. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. English language proficiency is an advantage. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize and meet defined deadlines. Proactivity and problem-solving aptitude. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment. Excellent communication skills.

Experience

Extensive experience in leather goods prototype creation within the luxury sector.

Education

Technical-specialist training in leather goods is preferred.
