- Manage administrative tasks including supplier interface, cost monitoring, and invoice verification using SAP.
- Oversee contract management for Balenciaga Logistics, including drafting, legal approvals, and contract renewals or terminations.
- Administer the company car fleet, ensuring maintenance and contractual adjustments.
- Provide operational support such as procurement of uniforms, assisting colleagues with personal or health-related issues, and managing special events and reception duties.
- Monitor energy consumption and photovoltaic production.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
- Preferred degree in engineering or related field.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with SAP software.

A minimum of two years in a similar capacity is required.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.
