Upon successful completion of the 450-hour, 14-week curriculum (30 November 2026–19 March 2027), participants receive a minimum 8-month temporary employment contract in the Hospitality department of the Épernay or Reims estates, performing bar service, sommelier duties, or culinary production roles with direct guest contact.
