The curriculum combines ten weeks of theoretical and practical instruction at the Bazeilles Hotel School (Ardennes) with four weeks of on-site immersion within one of these iconic houses. Upon successful completion, participants are offered a temporary employment contract of minimum eight months within the hospitality departments of the Épernay and Reims estates, working in culinary production, sommellerie, bar service, or front-of-house roles.
