Tool and Die Maker, CNC Specialization
A tool and die maker with CNC specialization is sought to join the manufacturing operations at the Pforzheim-Birkenfeld facility. The role encompasses independent fabrication of stamping, bending, and progressive assembly tools according to technical specifications; autonomous creation, setup, and optimization of CNC programs directly at the machine; operation of advanced CNC milling and turning centers including 3- and 5-axis machining centers; and maintenance, repair, and optimization of existing series tools and fixtures. Quality assurance and dimensional inspection of precision components will be conducted through worker self-inspection protocols.
