A comprehensive 450-hour professional training programme spanning 14 weeks (30 November 2026 – 19 March 2027) that prepares emerging talents for hospitality and gastronomy roles within the prestigious Champagne houses. Combining 10 weeks of classroom instruction at Lycée Hôtelier de Bazeilles with 4 weeks of immersive practice within Moët & Chandon, Ruinart, or Mercier, participants develop foundational luxury service excellence, sommelier expertise, oenological knowledge, and professional communication skills. Upon successful completion, candidates receive a minimum 8-month temporary employment contract within the Hospitality departments of the Reims and Épernay houses.
