Must-know MHCS Facts

All applicants ought to know these basics about MHCS before applying or interviewing for any role.

MHCS stands for Moët Hennessy Champagne Services, the specialist division within Moët Hennessy that supports some of the world’s most prestigious Champagne houses.
A career at MHCS offers exposure to the operational backbone behind iconic maisons such as Moët & Chandon, Krug, Ruinart, and Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin.
Because MHCS sits inside the LVMH wines and spirits ecosystem, employees often work at the intersection of supply chain excellence, quality control, viticulture support, and international distribution.
The company is rooted in Champagne’s highly regulated production culture, making it an appealing employer for candidates interested in combining luxury standards with technical and agricultural expertise.
Working for MHCS can mean contributing behind the scenes rather than in the spotlight, with roles that help preserve consistency, traceability, and service levels across multiple historic Champagne brands.
For job seekers, MHCS is especially attractive as a gateway into the wider LVMH universe, where shared services experience can open doors to broader careers in wines, spirits, and luxury operations.
