All applicants ought to know these basics about Loto del Sur before applying or interviewing for any role.

Loto del Sur is a Colombian luxury beauty and home-fragrance house best known for translating Latin American botanicals, aromas, and rituals into premium skincare, body care, and scented products.
For job seekers, the brand offers exposure to a business built on its founder’s vision, where product storytelling, sensorial retail, and regional ingredient heritage are central to the customer experience.
Its portfolio spans categories that often sit at the intersection of beauty, gifting, and lifestyle, giving employees a broader commercial view than at a single-category specialist such as Sephora or Acqua Di Parma.
Because Loto del Sur is rooted in natural ingredients and botanical narratives, careers there can appeal to candidates interested in formulation, brand education, and merchandising built around wellness-led luxury.
The brand’s identity is closely tied to Colombian design sensibility and local sourcing inspiration, which can make it especially attractive to professionals who want to help scale a distinctly Latin American voice in global premium beauty.
Although majority-owned by Puig since 2022, Loto del Sur remains a comparatively small, Bogotá-based house, which may offer a more entrepreneurial environment with closer proximity to decision-makers and brand evolution.
