Experience Intern
The Experience Intern provides comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the Experiences Manager for all Glenmorangie and Ardbeg distillery tours and overnight stay visits. Responsibilities encompass managing visit requests, coordinating bookings across four facilities (Ardbeg Distillery Visitor Centre, Glenmorangie Distillery Visitor Centre, Glenmorangie House, and Ardbeg House), preparing detailed itineraries, maintaining accurate records, handling supplier management and invoicing, and generating weekly and monthly stakeholder reports. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
