All applicants ought to know these basics about Damiani before applying or interviewing for any role.

Founded in Valenza in 1924 by goldsmith Enrico Grassi Damiani, Damiani grew from a family workshop in one of Italy’s great jewellery-making centres into an international luxury house.
Damiani remains led by the founding family’s third generation, with siblings Guido, Silvia and Giorgio Damiani holding leadership roles within Damiani Group.
The house has won 18 Diamonds International Awards, prestigious honours that highlight its longstanding strength in diamond jewellery design and craftsmanship.
Damiani’s jewellery is handmade in Italy, with its Valenza roots making goldsmithing, gem-setting and specialist production expertise central to the brand’s identity.
The wider Damiani Group brings together jewellery brands such as Salvini, Murano glassmaker Venini and luxury watch and jewellery retailer Rocca 1794, giving candidates a broader view of its business beyond the flagship house.
