Cartier seeks an experienced Micro-Atelier Supervisor to oversee the production of bespoke high jewelry pieces within its manufacturing facilities in Paris. Reporting to the Workshop Director, the successful candidate will manage a team of approximately ten master jewelers, coordinate production workflows to meet quality, cost, and delivery commitments, and dedicate approximately 40% of their time to hands-on artisanal production. This role bridges technical craftsmanship with team leadership, requiring proficiency in both fine jewelry techniques and personnel management.
