ATS platforms
Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and more: Cerulean reads each house’s open roles from the ATS or careers site it already has.
There is nothing for a house to install or connect. Cerulean reads the open roles a house publishes on its careers site, whichever of these platforms runs it, and a role that comes down there leaves Cerulean promptly. Candidates apply on the house’s own site, so their applications reach its applicant tracking system as they always have.
